Are there any hidden costs?

No. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you’ll pay. All applicable customs duties and taxes are included, so you won’t be charged any additional fees when your order is delivered.

We believe in being transparent, so there are no hidden costs or unexpected surprises.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over €80 to eligible delivery destinations. To check whether we deliver to your location, please see Do you deliver to my location? 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

Please note that shipping costs and shipping insurance are non-refundable once your order has been shipped.

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and express shipping through our trusted local couriers. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–9 working days. Estimated delivery times for express shipping are also shown at checkout, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.

Delivery issues

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped?

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the delivery address before your order is prepared for shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. How can I track it?

You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update, depending on the courier, and there may be periods without a new tracking update while your product is in transit.

If there has been no tracking update for 5 business days, or your order is past the last expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Support team so we can look into it.

What should I do if my package is damaged or products are missing?

If your package arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 working hours of delivery. To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

• Photos of the package and packaging
• A photo of the shipping label
• Photos of any damaged products
• Details of any missing products

Once we receive your information, our Customer Support team will review the issue and start an investigation. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

Delivery times

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days before being shipped. This processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weekends, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customs clearance may also add extra time to the delivery of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow its progress.

When are orders processed?

Orders placed before 23:59 CET are processed within 1–2 business days, including careful packaging. Deliveries run Monday to Friday.
