How can I buy a Thrivin gift card?

You can purchase a Thrivin gift card directly through our website. Simply select the amount and add the gift card to your basket. 

Please note that, unless required by applicable law, gift cards, including those issued as compensation, cannot be canceled, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Can I buy a gift card as a gift for someone else?

Yes. You can tick the box: ‘I want to send this as a gift’ after you have selected the amount of the gift card. 

Will I receive a physical gift card?

Thrivin gift cards are digital and are delivered by email.

Using a gift card

How do I use a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout. The gift card amount will be applied to your order total.

Can I use a gift card or voucher on all products?

Yes, gift cards and vouchers can be used on all products unless a specific promotion or product states otherwise.

Can I use my gift card on a different country website or in another currency?

No. Thrivin gift cards can only be used on the country website where they were purchased and in the same currency. Please make sure you are shopping on the correct Thrivin website before entering your gift card code.

Gift card balance & validity

How can I check my gift card balance?

You can check your gift card balance during checkout after entering your gift card code.

How long is my gift card valid for?

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the gift card can no longer be used.

What if my gift card balance doesn’t cover my full order?

You can use multiple gift cards in the same order. If the total gift card balance doesn’t cover your full order, you can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

How do I use a discount code?

Simply enter your discount code at checkout and apply it before completing your order.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

Please check that your discount code is entered correctly and is still valid. Some codes may have additional terms or restrictions.

Can I use a discount code on discounted products?

Discount codes cannot be used on already discounted products unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

Do promotions apply to all products?

Not always. Promotions do not apply to already discounted products and may exclude specific products, collections, or collaborations.

Can I apply a promotion or add products after placing my order?

Promotions, discount codes, gift cards, and Thrivin Club points must be applied at checkout. Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to add them or refund the difference.

Additional products, including discounted or free promotional products, cannot be added to an existing order. Promotions, bundle discounts, and product prices are based on what was available at the time your order was placed.

Can I exchange a free product from a Buy 2 Get 1 promotion?

Yes, products received as part of a Buy 2 Get 1 promotion may be exchanged only for products of equal or greater value, subject to availability.

If you choose a product with a higher price, you will be required to pay the price difference at the time of the exchange.

Eligibility

• The Promotion is valid only on eligible products as indicated on the website.
• The Promotion applies exclusively to purchases made through thrivin.com during the promotional period.
• THRIVIN Gymwear reserves the right to exclude certain products, collections, or new releases from the Promotion.
• Promotions are valid only for orders placed during the stated promotional period.
• Orders placed before or after the promotion start and end dates are not eligible for retroactive participation.
• Customers may not request free products, discounts, or promotional benefits for orders placed outside the applicable promotional period.

Exclusions

• Gift cards, digital products, and non‑eligible products are excluded unless otherwise stated.
• The Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases.

How does the promotion work?

Add three or more eligible products to your cart to qualify. The lowest-priced eligible product will be free, with a maximum of one free product per order, regardless of how many eligible products you purchase.

The promotion can be redeemed once per transaction and cannot be combined with discount codes or other promotional offers.

Misuse of Promotion

THRIVIN reserves the right to cancel orders, revoke discounts, or refuse service in cases of:

• suspected fraud
• abuse of the Promotion
• violation of these Terms and Conditions

Order Modifications

• Once an order has been placed, the products selected at checkout are final.
• Products cannot be added to an existing order after checkout, and promotional eligibility is determined solely by the products present in the cart at the time of purchase.
• Customers wishing to purchase additional products must place a new order.

How long is the promotion available for?

The Promotion is available during the period stated in the promotional offer. THRIVIN reserves the right to modify, extend, or end the Promotion before the stated end date. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed.

What happens if I return or exchange products from a promotional order?

If you return one or more products from a promotional order, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the Promotion.

• The free product cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or store credit.
• If you return a paid product but keep the free product, the free product will no longer qualify as free, and the refund will be reduced by its original full price before the Promotion was applied.
• Products purchased as part of the Promotion may be exchanged for products of equal value subject to availability.
