Step in
Step into leggings and pull to mid-thigh (like tights)

Grip & Pull
Grip ribbed compression panels on the legs and pull upward

Position
Guide the ribbing so it sits right underneath your bum cheeks

Smooth up
Smooth the fabric upwards in sections. Work bottom to top

Settle
Gently pull the waistband into place & make small adjustments
